Manufacture of microflutes
The JAŠKA factory manufactures three qualities of microflutes:
E-FLUTE (flute height 1,6 mm)
F-FLUTE (flute height 0,75 mm)
G-FLUTE (flute height 0,55 mm)
Double wall microflute combinations::
E+F FLUTE (flute height 2,35 mm)
E+G FLUTE (flute height 2,15 mm)
F+G FLUTE (flute height 1,30 mm)
Multi-layer corrugated board
We are the only ones in the region that, by installing 3 BHS module-facers, have the ability to manufacture triple wall corrugated board from which triple wall octabins of various sizes are further manufactured.
Types and qualities of corrugated board:
Two-layer (C, B, E, G flute) in roll
Three-layer (C, B, E, F, G flute) in sheets and slotted material
Four-layer (B+E, E+F, E+G) in sheets and slotted material

Waterproof packaging
We are the only manufacturer of waterproof packaging in Croatia. It is a so-called contact box for packaging of liquid industrial grease, and the tightness is checked by pouring water into the box. Machine and technology for production of waterproof boxes was developed in Jaska. The inside of the box is lined, which allows the contents (liquid) to be retained.
Molded packaging
In 2019, we started new plant for the manufacture of molded packaging and trays for 10 and 30 eggs. 100% recycled material without harmful chemicals or dyes. Preparations are underway for the manufacture of other types of molded packaging for all industries.
Direct offset printing
The JAŠKA d.o.o. factory has an installed offset machine that enables direct offset printing on the microflute (E, F, G) and five-layer microflute (E+F, E+G, F+G). In this way, we reduce the cost of manufacturing offset-laminated packaging, and we replace chromo cardboard with G-flute, which is much stronger than chromo cardboard and significantly cheaper. Only a few factories in Europe have this option.
